Long time donor Giuseppe Carrizosa is donating 5 DAYS HUNT for ONE HUNTER and ONE non hunting COMPANION in SPAIN.

Nineteen of Giuseppe’s clients received the Major Trophies Awards during the last seven years. There is no other Spanish Outfitter whose clients got Awards for European trophies in 9 years in a row.

Besides wonderful accommodations and cuisine at our Hunting Lodge in the Toledo Mts, where the Spanish Royal family has hunted for generations, you will enjoy different non hunting activities, shopping and cultural visits, like visiting the “Imperial City of Toledo”, Royal Palace in Aranjuez, amongst other historical Spanish cities and monuments, Cathedrals, Monasteries, Bodegas (wineries), and of course, the traditional local Flamenco Dancers.

This unforgettable experience is as enjoyable for the non-hunter companion as it is for the hunter.

Alaska Brown Bear with Stonewood Lodge Preston & Cavner

Searching for a top-quality donation, we consulted with our friends in the Alaska Professional Hunters Association, and were referred to Preston Cavner, of Cavner and Julian, as reliable responsible guides, with an excellent area out on the Alaskan peninsula. We checked references, spoke with Preston, visited his booth at the SCI convention in Reno, and really, really liked what we heard and saw.

bear2

The largest land predator in the world, save for the Polar Bear, the great Alaskan Brown Bear is undoubtedly on anyone and everyone's "Top Ten" list of world-wide trophies.

This is a one-on-one guided hunt 'way out on the peninsula, well past King Salmon at Lake Clark. It is on a permitted private land lease which produces trophy-class bears. Preston has a large airstrip, and you can fly directly from Anchorage (you'll need to pay about $1250 in charter costs).

Preston's lodge is Stonewood Lodge, and it looks very nice. The spike camps are traditional deluxe 8 x 8 tents with cots. His references spoke of seeing so many bears that I am not going to repeat them, because you'd think I'm nuts! This hunt is available on open dates in 2010, 2011 or 2012. He also offers other hunting and fishing adventures, and check out his website at www.huntingadventure.com , or contact Preston at cavneralaska@gmail.com.

This outstanding $18,500 value adventure appears in our program as Live Auction item number 36, after the California Golden Opportunity Deer Tag, but before the California Desert Sheep permit--this is going to be exciting!

WY ELK HUNT WITH TERRY POLLARD

Terry Pollard and family have run Bald Mountain Outfitters in the Bridger Wilderness Area for over thirty years. Terry's son and daughter (Wyoming Outfitter of the Year) are also guides.

This is a traditional horse-back, free-ranging elk hunt for 2 hunters (2x1). License for elk in the area are 100% available between two drawings (one in January and the other in July). Your hunt could be a bugle hunt or spot and stock, or stand hunt depending on the timing of the hunt. Archery hunting is also available.

The Bridger Wilderness Area continues to produce some of the best Trophies and the highest Bull:Cow ratios in the state. This is a great opportunity to hunt in one of the most beautiful areas of the country for the majestic elk.

SOUTH AFRICA WHITE RHINO ADVENTURE

Long-time donor Mike Murray is again donating a dynamite adventure in the rolling hills and wide valleys of his huge ranch. Working under and with veterinary guidance, the high-bidder will track and dart a rhino in one of the most exciting adventures imaginable.

The rhino must be tracked to less than fifteen yards, and shots must be taken with great care – this is not an adventure for the faint-hearted!!! Rhino are amazingly alert (these ain’t no “zoo” rhino!), with excellent hearing and smell. Mike has one of the largest herds of rhino in South Africa, and you’ve got an excellent chance at darting a monster, that will score at the Silver or Gold level in SCI.

This adventure may be upgraded to include plains game hunting.

HUNT ORYX ON TED TURNER'S RANCH

Armendaris Ranch, with 354,000 acres of private property, is the second largest ranch owned by Turner Enterprises, Inc. Most of the ranch is relatively flat at an elevation of 4,900’ in Chihuahuan desert grassland. The exception is the Fra Cristobal Mountain range which is located on the west side of the ranch and is home for the State’s largest desert bighorn sheep population. Other big game mammals are antelope, desert mule deer, cougars and oryx. The ranch has a commercial bison herd that also provides hunting opportunities.

The White Sands Missile Range is the source of New Mexico’s oryx herd. This has allowed for a significant resident oryx population to establish on the Armendaris Ranch as well as continued ingress of oryx from White Sands.

Trophy oryx are available along with management.

HUNT THE QUEEN'S BALMORAL ESTATE

No doubt this is one of the most unique, exclusive, and prestigious experiences that you will find. International Adventures has the exclusive right to hunt roe deer on the Balmoral — unless you’re the Queen, member of the family, or the Queen’s guest you will not be hunting here without Michael Grosse.

Non-hunters will also enjoy this trip with special attention, touring
castles, historical sites, shopping, riding the Queen’s horses, and
possibly a round of golf on the Royal Family’s private golf course (fees at current published rates). This is a great family trip.
